Each of our spice ingredients are 100% organic and are grown using hydroponics technology in a greenhouse. We never use pesticides or chemicals. The water is nourished by earthworms that feed on compost from our organic spice gardens. It's a wonderful continuation of life. What is best about hydroponics growing is how much better the herbs and spices taste since we do not use soil that has been over used and over fertilized.
