Are You Burnt Out From Stress??

        Adrenals on overload?

I have an herb that can help!

Well I have a few herbs that I've blended into tea to help heal our Adrenal Glands called Homeostasis Tea. Regular use of these herbs will lead to your long term health and vitality. Over worked adrenal glands need support from the earth to heal and work better. Start from the inside out to regulate your internal biorhythm. This tea has been blended with the intention to be used 3 days a week for 3 months.

Support your Immune System with this easy recipe.

  1. 2 bulbs of garlic ~ remove all white parts from the garlic and separate cloves.
  2. Place in an air tight jar and cover with organic fermented apple cider vinegar. (Trader Joe's)
  3. Allow to marinate for 2 weeks.
  4. Drain off half the liquid into a measuring cup (you can save liquid for cooking).
  5. Add the same amount of honey as the liquid from marinating the garlic.
  6. Eat garlic or add to food.

Tip: Have some food in your stomach if your body temperature is hot. Eat this warming garlic to heal you when your immune system feels like it needs a jump start to fight off a cold or flu.
